You can see what plants are available by clicking the website header announcement "Plants for Click + Collect at a Market Near You". Orders can be made throughout the day, but ordering before 11pm the day before will guarantee your reserved plant is in stock and held for you.

If the plant you want has just been taken at the same time as your booking, don't worry, Rita can either issue you a refund or you can allow a few days to resource the plant for collection or delivery if possible.

Rita Botanicals offers free delivery in London on orders over £40. Orders under £39.99 incur a £5 delivery cover, with a minimum purchase requirement of £12.

Deliveries within London are made within 1 week based on stock availability (usually on Wednesdays/Thursdays).

Rita will coordinate delivery details at a mutually convenient time.

Pre-orders may take longer, and specific timeframes will be arranged.

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock/soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Payment will be collected in full at checkout for this reservation and Rita will be in touch with the timeframe of this plants arrival.

Some expensive rare plants may take longer, bare with Rita, as a small one person business, things can take a little longer but be assured, you're on the list for a wonderful rare specimen of a plant!
